Abstract

In this study, the qualitative assessment is appropriately measured using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which is based on the bat algorithm. It also offers a practical and user-friendly method of evaluating the calibre of English instruction by fusing objective index data with numerical review. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis method is used to create the model for evaluating the level of English training and figure out how much each factor is worth. Then, each of the model's three types of data is dealt with separately. One way to do this is to make objective indicators like students' course grades more reliable and lessen the impact of how hard the course is on these indicators.
