Abstract

Climate change is increasingly affecting water resources, posing significant challenges for agriculture, especially in regions reliant on irrigation. This paper examines the impact of climate change on irrigation water demand, focusing on changes in temperature, precipitation patterns, and evapotranspiration rates. Using data from different climate models and agricultural regions, the study assesses how these factors influence water requirements for key crops. Policy recommendations are provided to enhance water management strategies in the face of climate variability.
