Abstract

The development of water infrastructure is essential for sustainable economic growth, especially in regions facing water scarcity. Traditional financing models often fall short in addressing the growing demand for water infrastructure. This paper explores innovative financing mechanisms that can support the development of water infrastructure, focusing on public-private partnerships (PPPs), green bonds, and blended finance.
